House Rules

  1. Maximum of 6 guest Occupancy During Stay
  2. Primary Guest Must Be at Least 25 Years Of Age
  3. Minimum of 3-night Stay
  4. No Pets Allowed
  5. No Parties or Events
  6. No Excessive Noise After 11 p.m.
  7. No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms
  8. Turn Off Lights and AC When Away
  9. All Children (<16) Must Be Accompanied to Pool and Supervised by an Adult. No Horseplay in or Around the Pool Area.
  10. The Fee for Lost Keys Will Be $20.00/key
  11. All Rules of Cantamar Morningview Association (HOA) Must Be Followed (see host guide book)

Contract (Accepting Rentals By Host Invitation Only)

Please sign the contract and return it by email to dhearn02@gmail.com at the time of reservation. If the contract is not received within 3 days of reservation, reservation dates will be released and deposit payment returned. Only host approved reservations will be accepted.
